Oven baked Norwegian Salmon,quinoa, bulgur, sesame roasted carrots, edamame beans, cucumber wedges, cherry tomatoes and matcha salad with a misodressing.
Oven baked Swedish chicken breast, quinoa, bulgur, sautéed mushrooms and red cabbage with homemade pesto hummus, cherry tomatos and parsley with and olive oil balsamic dressing.
Shredded brusselsprouts, red cabbage and kale with green apple, pomegranite seeds, edamame beans and dried cranberries. With a creamy yogurt, fig and dijon dressing.
SOUP & SANDWICH
Creamy tomato soup (vegan) & organic sourdough bread, jarlsberg cheese, pesto hummus, tomato, cucumber, romaine lettuce and sprouts with sea salt and fresh pepper.
